DJI Fly Drive Has Just Arrived With 2 Free Months Of Adobe Premiere Pro

DJI Fly Drive is here. This hard drive was first speculated on WeTalkUav back in CES 2017, but now it is official. Seagate, a world-known American data storage company, teamed up with DJI to create this portable hard drive. Although it’s not an SSD, it’s still a hard drive aimed at the average prosumer. Take a look at this YouTube interview video by Geekazine:

The new hard drive will come with 2 Terabytes, and this will allow users to store about 250 flights or 60 hours of 4K / 30FPS footage. It will also come with a built-in MicroSD slot for easy access, and the reader has a UHS-II rating. DJI Fly Drive comes with a rugged bumper like a LaCie portable hard drive, and a USB 3.1 / Type-C cable will also be tucked into the shock resistant bumper for easier transfers.

What Does It Also Come With?

It also comes with 2 free months of Adobe Premiere Pro, and that usually costs $19.99 per month.

How Much Will It Cost?

The DJI Fly Drive will cost $119.99 USD.

When Will It Be Available?

The DJI Fly Drive will be available as early as this summer!

This new rugged bumper hard drive by DJI and Seagate seems to be like any other modern hard drive at first glance, but the hidden transfer cord and built-in MicroSD card reader makes it easier for editors to move files. Even though it still takes a computer to physically move the footage, the DJI Fly Drive is equipped and built with portability and accessibility, so this still makes it a contender in the HDD market.
