Osmo Mobile 2

DJI has unveiled an Osmo Mobile 2 for smartphone users and a Ronin-S for videographers. The Osmo Mobile 2 now has 15 hours of battery life, and it can also charge a smartphone for hours of streaming. The Ronin-S is made specifically for DSLR and mirrorless cameras. These two new gimbal stabilizers are built to prevent shaky footage, meaning anyone can now shoot like a pro.

At only 485 grams, the Osmo Mobile 2 was created for people who are looking to get the most out of their phone’s footage. It has hyperlapse , motionlapse, timelapse, slow-mo and a new zoom control mode. The zoom slider can be found on the left side of the gimbal; this feature allows filmmakers to easily create Dolly shots. The Osmo Mobile 2 supports smartphones 58.6-84.8mm wide and up to 8.4mm thick, which means most phones like the iPhone SE to the iPhone 6s Plus are supported. It has a built-in 2600 mAh battery that only takes 2 hours to fully charge. A standard ¼-20 UNC thread is located on the bottom handle, so the gimbal can be attached to tripods.
